Birthday Policies
Please read the following information to ensure a splashtastic party!
Scheduling your party
We always recommend that you book your party as far in advance as possible. We do occasionally book up on certain weekends and reservations are given on a first come, first served basis. Please do not send out invitations for your party if you have not confirmed your date and placed a deposit. A deposit is needed to secure the date of your choice.
The Day of Your Party
Because you have a designated time to spend in the water park and in your party room, we ask that you and all of your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Out of respect for other parties, we cannot change party times the day of the event.
When the water park portion of your party is over, we will make an announcement over the speaker so your party make its way to the changing area to dry off and get dressed.
Additional Guests
We ask that you give us the most accurate head count possible when we call to confirm the number of guests in your party. If additional guests show up, their admission will need to be paid before they can enter the water park. If they show up after you have started your party, we will page you so that you can come out to the party counter to pay for your additional guests.
Outside food is not permitted (except cake) - We have ice cream cakes available for advance purchase, or you may bring your own cake for the celebration in your private party room (except Wacky Wednesdays and FOAM-Tastic). All other food and beverage items should be ordered when you are confirming your birthday party. Please make us aware if any guests have a food allergy so that we can accommodate them.
The following items can cause extensive damage or potential injury. Therefore, they are prohibited. Please be advised that guests who bring these items into the Water Park or party rooms will be subject to a $150 for cleanup.
- Piñatas
- Silly string
- Firework candles, sparklers, or trick candles
- Hanging decorations
- Live Animals (fish, pets as gifts, etc.)
- Helium tanks (we have balloons available or you may bring already-inflated balloons)
- Confetti / Confetti Poppers / Tinsel
